Invoices to be issued in the name of individuals (real persons) must have a TR ID number (1/1/2007 as notified in the Official Gazette No. 26274 dated 29/08/2006). Company (legal entity) invoices must include a tax office and tax number.

If you will make the payment by credit card; As soon as you confirm the order, the information reaches the network processing mechanism (SSL) through a special passage over the internet, where the banks making the payment or receiving the payment approve or reject this transaction.

If your credit card information is valid, your order will be accepted. The cost of the products you purchase reaches us via bank. If the order is completed positively, an e-mail is sent to the customer with information about his order. The purchased product is delivered by a pre-agreed, reliable cargo company and someone chosen by the customer, in return for identification to the person who will receive the order. At the end of these processes, the system will automatically give you an order number and direct you to the order tracking module.

The order number is required for payment and order tracking. Your order can be sent to anywhere in Turkey by cargo.

What Should I Pay Attention to When Ordering?

If you are going to pay for your order by bank transfer, you can first send the relevant amount via wire transfer / EFT to our account number, which is available on our bank account information page, and then place your order. You can also pay after placing your order.

If you chose the payment method via wire transfer/EFT after your order, there is a 1 business day checking period. Your order will be prepared after your payment is confirmed by us. For orders made by credit card, this confirmation is immediate. The shipping process for your confirmed order starts accordingly.

Orders can be placed on our website by registering or as a guest. We recommend that you become a member to benefit from special campaigns and discounts and to receive your product information, order status and shipping information more easily. Moreover, you can easily become a member and log in with your social media accounts with a single click. Membership to our site is free. If you wish, you can create a membership with one click with your social media accounts and easily perform transactions without having to remember your password and username.

By becoming a member of our site, you do not have to re-enter your information every time you want to shop and you will be informed of our announcements as a priority.

After completing your order, you will see a text with your order number. The order number means that your order has been created successfully. After your order is completed successfully, information about your order is sent to your member e-mail address.

Orders can be placed on our site with Bank Transfer/EFT, Credit Card, Postal Check, Mail Order, Payment on Delivery and Cash in Hand payment options.

After selecting the option suitable for your credit card, enter the 16-digit card number, expiration date and 3-digit security number on the back of your card. 3D Secure (Confirm with password): If payment is made by credit card, you will be directed to the secure payment page of the relevant bank in accordance with the security procedure. The information entered in this section is between the bank and the card holder and allows you to make secure transactions. If your card has not been 3D defined before, you will be registered on the bank screen in your first transaction and your card will be ready for 3D processing.

If you complete your transaction with “confirm with password 3D”, a text message will be sent to your mobile phone in your bank records. If your information in the bank database is not up to date, you can continue your transaction securely on our website by leaving the bank screen. If the transaction is not completed due to any problem during the process of making a transaction with a credit card, the customer and the site management are informed. Payment by Money Order/EFT: Payment by Money Order/EFT is accepted only through bank transactions.

During the payment phase of your order, select the bank you want to pay from the money transfer/EFT option. You can make your payment via wire transfer/EFT to the bank of your choice.

In order to process your payments by money order faster, you must specify your order number in the transfer description section. Also, keep your payment receipt until you receive your order.

If there is any problem with your payment, you will be asked for a receipt. You can note the money transfer information at the order stage. For orders placed via money transfer/EFT, the order is processed and sent by cargo after the payment is transferred to the accounts.

Orders awaiting payment are kept in the system for a maximum of 1 business day. Orders whose payment is not received within 1 business day after the order is placed are canceled.

Our site is protected by SSL certificate. With this system, your information is 100% secure. Your card and bank information are never kept on our server. You can use your credit card safely with all the virtual services available on our site. In addition, our site uses the most preferred and reliable infrastructures for credit card payments.

Communication on the order pages of our site is provided using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security technologies. In this way, the credit card information you enter is encrypted and reaches your bank. On this page, it appears as https://… in the address bar. SSL protection is used on our site to ensure the security of your information.

Credit card security is primarily provided by 3D Secure (encrypted confirmation). With 128 bit SSL encryption technology, information is encrypted and transmitted to your bank, preventing access by third parties. During your transactions in a secure environment, no institution/organization or third party can access your information except you and the bank that allocated the credit card to you.

The credit card transaction page transmits the card information directly to the bank POS system and the result of the transaction is notified to the customer. Credit card information is not transferred via e-mail or similar methods. It is not possible to access your information, including our company officials.

The product you have chosen in your order is checked and packaged by our company. Thanks to the checks carried out, there is no possibility that any product from our company will be shipped damaged. During the delivery phase, before receiving your package from the cargo officer, be sure to check whether there is any damage, deterioration or deformation in the outer package. If there is any problem, write a report to the cargo officer and send the package back. Reporting is a service provided by cargo companies regarding the detection of damaged packages. The product is returned to our company with the report and the necessary checks are made and your order is processed again.

Regular stock checks are carried out for the products sold on our site and current stocks are displayed on our site. Orders cannot be taken for products that appear as "out of stock". To get information about current stock, you can contact the site management in the contact section.

You can order even if the kimono models you will purchase are not in stock . When it is out of stock, if the phrase "it can be ordered even if it is out of stock" appears on the product page, then your order will be sewn and shipped.

Fabric supply of the product, sewing according to the size you choose and shipping takes an average of 4-6 business days, and you will receive it within 10 business days. After purchasing the product, you will be informed about all processes by e-mail.

If there is a phrase " IN STOCK" or "X pieces left" on the product page, orders placed until 14:00 on the same day (working day) where you placed your order and your payment is confirmed will be shipped.

When you see the phrase " it can be ordered even if it is out of stock" on the product page; After your orders are approved, the fabric you choose will be supplied, then it will be sewn according to the size you choose and will be delivered to the cargo within 3 business days after these processes. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. The cargo company delivers the product you purchased to the address you specified. If you are not at the specified address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. If you do not go to the branch and collect your package within three days, your package will be returned to us. We kindly request you to check the product you received.

It may take up to 10 business days for the product you have chosen to order, even if it is not in stock, to be delivered to the cargo company after the fabric supply and sewing processes.

If the materials of the product you choose cannot be obtained from wholesalers, the process may take longer, etc. In such cases, the order can be canceled during this process by refunding the payment upon customer request.

Our customer services are generally available between 10:00 and 22:00 on weekdays and weekends. In case of emergency, you can send an e-mail to Support@3dcrealitys.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.

After you log in, you can track your order from the "Orders" section of the customer panel.

All stages regarding your order will be reflected in this section. Orders are checked simultaneously during working hours and orders placed until 16:00 are processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday; Orders placed on public holidays are processed on the first business day after the holiday.

Your order number will be sent to your e-mail address. You must also enter the e-mail address you used when placing your order.

After your payment is checked and approved, it will be delivered to the cargo on the same day depending on stock availability, or within 3 business days at the latest if there is no stock. For detailed information, you can read our Delivery & Terms of Use page. These times are general delivery times.

Delays that may occur regarding orders delivered to cargo by us are the responsibility of the cargo company you have chosen. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Shopping in installments is only possible for payments made by credit card. If installment information is available for selected products on our site and it is a category that is legally open to installments, you can pay in installments with your credit card.

If you want to cancel your order after completing it; You can send your cancellation request to us by phone, e-mail or in the "Contact" section at the bottom right. When submitting your cancellation request, we kindly ask you to specify the reason (such as ordering the wrong product, changing the product or payment type, etc.).

After your cancellation request is processed, the cancellation will be made by us. In order for you to cancel your new orders, they must not have been shipped.

If the e-mail notification sent to the customer includes information that the sewing process has been completed and will be shipped, the right to cancel the order belongs to the discretion of kimonomodelleri.com.

If your product is damaged in shipping, we kindly request you to return your product to the cargo officer by making a REPORT before receiving it. If there is no report, this fee cannot be refunded to you as our company cannot compensate the damage from the cargo company due to product damage.

You can make changes to orders you have just placed or received. To make changes to your new order, you must contact us before the order is shipped and inform us of your new order.

What can I do if the product I received is faulty/defective?

If there is any error or defect in the product you received, you must contact our company and notify us within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Send the product back in the same way you received it, with a counter-payment to the cargo company we have an agreement with, and add the invoice to the package. After the product that reaches us passes the necessary checks, your transactions are carried out in line with your request.
